Do you accept purchase orders or invoicing?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, but are unable to accept purchase orders at this time. Invoicing is available for Enterprise Edition customers only.

Do recipients need to have a RightSignature or ShareFile account to sign documents?
No! Recipients do not need a RightSignature or ShareFile account to receive a document from you. We make it easy for you to collaborate with your clients!

What's the benefit of ShareFile over RightSignature?
RightSignature is ShareFile's native e-signature solution that's integrated into ShareFile's environment. The RightSignature Advanced plan only gives users the ability to send and receive electronic signatures. With ShareFile Premium, you are able to store, send, share, get feedback and approvals, and even request e-signatures on any file- all in one solution. You can quickly send documents stored in ShareFile for legally binding electronic signature with just a few clicks. After the documents have been completed, they are automatically saved back to ShareFile. ShareFile Premium also offers users to send unlimited documents for signature and offers HIPAA compliance configurations.
